Structure is where every Altarize finish begins. Our Insulcote base coat combines lime with natural plant fibers to stabilize surfaces, resist cracking, and improve thermal performance — the foundation that lets walls, floors, and finishes hold up in Bali’s heat and humidity.

Insulcote is applied directly on brick or rough plaster as a base layer (2–30mm), reinforced with plant fibers that let it flex with humidity and temperature changes rather than crack — the structural layer beneath every wall, floor, and finish we make.

Surfaces don’t fail from the top — they fail from the base. Heat, humidity, and movement stress a structure long before it shows on the finish. Insulcote is engineered layer by layer to absorb that stress instead of cracking under it.
Insulcote’s lime and plant-fiber composition adds thermal resistance, helping regulate surface temperature in both interior and exterior applications where insulation is a priority.
Applied at 2–30mm depending on the project, it enhances breathability and crack resistance — the same base layer that supports Microcement, Purecote, Finoplast, and Limewash finishes alike.
